Our Client engaged us to design and facilitate a regional CRE workshop across EMEA and APAC, bringing together a newly formed leadership team.

With new roles, new leadership, and the introduction of a new global service partner, the team needed to quickly align on priorities, ways of working, and what success would look like for 2026.The session was designed as a hands-on working forum to translate strategy into clear actions — defining goals, clarifying ownership, and building a shared plan across workstreams.
