Phil has supported global corporates in realising their CRE portfolio goals and has enjoyed building long-lasting relationships as a result. After starting and building Project Management & FM Consultancy, Procore Project Solutions, in 2002, Phil merged with global real estate and construction giant, Drees & Sommer, managing their UK business until leaving to create CODE in 2023.
Phil lives in Hampshire with his wife and dog, and enjoys trying to play tennis as well as acting as Governor for his local secondary school.
